Paul Wesley is a multi-award winner as an actor, producer and director. The most well-known of his roles is portraying the character Paul in The Vampire Diaries. As a character in the television series, he's received numerous nominations and awards including the Teen Choice Awards as well as the Young Hollywood Awards. Wesley was born in New Brunswick New Jersey and brought up within America, United States, showed interest in acting during his elementary college days. Then he attended Rutgers University. After recognizing his talents as an actress and being able to earn a living out of his acting talents the school was closed. In the beginning, he was a part of The American TV show Another World. He was the main character in Wolf Lake, a CBS TV series two years after. The career of his character reached a pivotal point after he started playing the character of Stefan Salvatore, in the well-known American television series The Vampire Diaries. He has also directed a few episodes of the popular series. Following his first appearance as a film star on The Last Run, he played in numerous other films. Recently He has also appeared on Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer. In addition, he's quite popular in social media with more than 13 million Instagram followers as well as more than 4.1 million Twitter followers.
