There's a lot of uncertainty in the year 2021's summer. It is a concern about the manner the service we provide to our society can incorporate the highly valued connections between people which Rotary participants had in previous times. The motto "hands-face-space" will certainly be commonplace in our club, it is clear that trust is growing and more people are making face-to-face connections. Rotary is evolving. It is not without a degree of uncertainty that will continue to grow as we progress through summer 2021. It is yet to be seen how those human connections Rotary members cherished in the past will continue. But it's clear, that the hands-to-face mantra is going to remain a part of Rotary's routine. Rotary has also changed. Rotary network helps to create lasting friendships. To ensure that we can continue to hold our meetings online, we've brought back service and social events in a safe meeting room. To build a vibrant new future, we've taken this opportunity and combined them with some of our most successful pre-pandemic behaviors. The Rotary Support Center team is also pleased to offer important resources to promote the success of these programs, and keeping the infrastructure in place to keep both members and public protected. Compliance and insurance play an important role. We are aware that Rotary volunteers build lasting bonds through their commitment to each other of time and effort. Amazingly, our Rotary members have managed to develop innovative and inventive solutions to some of the most difficult issues. That's why I was so happy to have the chance to become a member of Rotary in 2002. Rotary has given me a dependable community of like-minded individuals that have allowed the formation of real friendships.
